Trend Forecast / Outfit of the day

Here is an outfit of the day for you guys, and a new trend that I've been seeing just about everywhere

check it out! 

One of the primary examples of the primary color trend is our best dressed from the Golden Globes Emma Watson. It's a classic mix of red and blue, keeping that classic clash of  complete opposites.

I spotted this Chanel bag in ELLE (feb) that was inspired by Jackson Pollock, if you don't know who that is just do yourself a favor and read up on him.

It's such a refreshing take on the Chanel bag because we always picture the classic design with just black and the C metals in the front. I think this is really a sharp way to take it elsewhere.

Focusing on the very bold border print in this D&G outfit, we again see the blue and red

The February cover shoot of VOGUE with Lena Dunham had this gorgeous coat running parallel to Pollock's artwork. It's assymetrical, bold and really a funky combination.

Next in line was Prada

January covers of LUCKY and VOGUE both paved the way for 2014 taking it in a more subtle fashion, however still very much in the foreground and in focus.
